Smart Price List Management Platform
A native iOS application delivering intelligent, role-based price list access across multiple territories, currencies, and business models for DUX teams worldwide.
DUXIANA is a Swedish premium sleep brand operating across multiple international markets with different pricing models, currencies, territories, and reseller structures. The brand serves a wide network of store associates, corporate sales teams, resellers, and internal management — each requiring access to different pricing information depending on their market and role.
As the business grew internationally, managing and distributing price lists manually became increasingly complex. DUX required a centralised, scalable platform that could intelligently deliver the right pricing data to the right user in the right currency — from a single mobile application.
DUX operates across multiple international markets with different pricing models, currencies, territories, and reseller structures. Without a centralised digital platform, teams depended on static PDF documents and printed catalogues — creating a set of operational challenges that grew with every new market.
Users across all markets depended on printed catalogues and manually distributed PDF files to access pricing information, with no dynamic or automated delivery mechanism.
Different countries required different pricing structures, and multiple currencies needed to be supported simultaneously — making manual management error-prone and time-consuming.
Without role-based access controls, there was a real commercial risk of users accessing wholesale, contract, or hospitality pricing they were not authorised to see.
Teams spent significant time locating the correct price list for their territory and currency, with no intelligent system to surface the relevant document automatically.
As DUX expanded into new markets, the manual approach could not scale. A centralised platform was needed to dynamically deliver pricing data based on market and user role.
Store associates, corporate sales teams, resellers, and internal management had no single mobile application to access pricing and operational information from the field.
A native iOS application named DUX Hub was designed and developed to provide intelligent, territory-aware price list access for DUX teams globally. The application allows users to access territory-specific price lists, switch between currencies dynamically, and view only the pricing categories they are authorised to see — all from a clean, mobile-first interface optimised for iPhone and iPad.

A dedicated internal portal giving DUX team members access to resources and operational content relevant to their role and market.

The core feature of DUX Hub — role-based, territory-aware, and currency-sensitive price list access, served dynamically based on the logged-in user's profile.

View the full DUX product catalogue in currencies such as SEK, NOK, DKK, or EUR — directly on your iPhone or iPad. Switch currencies instantly and the correct price list PDF loads automatically.
After login, the system automatically identifies the user's territory and displays the appropriate pricing data by default. Users can also manually switch territories when required. Supported territories include Nordic, Europe, UK, US, and Prime/APAC.
Based on the selected territory, the app dynamically displays relevant pricing categories: DUX Wholesale, DUX Hospitality, DUX Contract, DUX RRP, and DUX RRP Ex-VAT. Only the applicable pricing types are shown for each region.
The platform supports SEK, NOK, DKK, EUR, GBP, and USD. Users can switch currencies dynamically, and the corresponding price list updates automatically — eliminating manual currency lookups and reducing pricing errors.
Price list PDFs are served dynamically based on the user's territory, currency, role, and language. This removes the need for manual searching and ensures users always receive an accurate and current price list.
The application ensures users only access pricing information relevant to their permissions. Management, corporate sales, stores, resellers, and internal teams each receive different pricing visibility based on their assigned role.
DUX Hub was designed for iPhone and iPad with a clean, intuitive interface. The home screen provides quick access to Team Portal, Visit Website, and Price Lists — efficient navigation from any location.
The end-to-end workflow was designed to minimise steps and eliminate manual decision-making. The correct territory, pricing category, and currency are surfaced automatically — the user simply confirms or adjusts as needed.

A simple profile screen showing who's signed in, their territory, and a direct line to support.
Each user has their own identity — like John — tied to their role and market.
A flag indicates the active region, so pricing and content always match the user's market.
A direct line to DUX support is one tap away, right from the profile screen.
Users always see pricing relevant to their territory and role, significantly reducing incorrect pricing exposure. Auth0 role detection and territory-aware routing ensure the right price list is always delivered to the right person.
The platform eliminated dependency on printed catalogues and manually distributed PDFs. Price lists are now served automatically based on the user's profile — removing operational overhead across every market.
Store associates can access accurate pricing instantly without navigating complex workflows or waiting for the correct document to be sent. The right price list is available the moment they need it.
The system supports multiple territories, currencies, and languages from a single centralised platform. New markets can be onboarded without rebuilding the application.
The simplified mobile-first experience improved usability for retail teams and international partners. From a clean home screen, users reach their required price list in seconds — on iPhone or iPad.
