Our approach

  • We get a hold of your application or product and perform a full diagnostic check on it to understand what’s not working, what is, and what the next steps are.
  • We’ll get to the root of the reason that your product has fallen over, and get to work to understand it so we can prevent it happening again.

What you’ll get from this phase

  • Once we’re done, you’ll have a full report that details the issues and what the solution is.
  • We can then of course undertake any work required to fix the current issues.

Quick Fixes

Following the mobile device fragmentation process and a backlog of fixes has been created, we’ll get to work to fix the most obvious issues available to us.

  • Your app will be back up and running again in no time, with the backlog of issues fixed for you.

Our approach

  • We’ll start logging errors and issues from the backlog, and then treat it as a mini-project to fix all problems available to us.
  • Treating the backlog as a project creates discipline and allows us to get through the work in the quickest way possible.
  • An app that is back up and running is the goal here, based on the backlog of issues already created.
