About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Pre-Sales Executive to drive engagement with potential leads, position our value proposition effectively, and play a pivotal role in business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential leads and clients to understand their business challenges and IT needs.
- Act as a brand evangelist, effectively communicating the company’s expertise, solutions, and value propositions.
- Work closely with sales and technical teams to craft compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
- Develop and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in enterprise organizations.
- Leverage experience from large IT services companies (Accenture, IBM, Wipro, etc.) to position our company competitively.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business solutions with customer expectations.
- Support RFP/RFI responses with detailed technical and business insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, collateral, and engagement strategies.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B pre-sales, sales consulting, or solution selling within IT services.
- Prior experience working with large IT services firms (Accenture, IBM, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, cloud solutions, and enterprise IT landscapes.
- Proven track record of engaging and influencing senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling business value.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and drive results independently.
- Experience working with a smaller company or startup is a plus, with the ability to drive business impact hands-on.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, IT, or a related field preferred.
