Senior IT Sales /Pre-Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Pre-Sales Executive to drive engagement with potential leads, position our value proposition effectively, and play a pivotal role in business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential leads and clients to understand their business challenges and IT needs.
  • Act as a brand evangelist, effectively communicating the company’s expertise, solutions, and value propositions.
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams to craft compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in enterprise organizations.
  • Leverage experience from large IT services companies (Accenture, IBM, Wipro, etc.) to position our company competitively.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business solutions with customer expectations.
  • Support RFP/RFI responses with detailed technical and business insights.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, collateral, and engagement strategies.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B pre-sales, sales consulting, or solution selling within IT services.
  • Prior experience working with large IT services firms (Accenture, IBM, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, cloud solutions, and enterprise IT landscapes.
  • Proven track record of engaging and influencing senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling business value.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and drive results independently.
  • Experience working with a smaller company or startup is a plus, with the ability to drive business impact hands-on.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, IT, or a related field preferred.
